How quickly can we start?
Most engagements kick off within two weeks of signing. Discovery runs the first two weeks and is the same regardless of which service we're scoping.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before the first discovery call if you'd like. Send yours and I'll usually have it back the same day, or I can send a short mutual template.
What does an engagement actually cost?
Fixed-price packages are listed on Products. Custom engagements are quoted after a 30-minute call with a written project plan, a cost model, and a kill criteria — never an open-ended hourly tab.
Will you work with our existing team and tools?
Almost always — that's the point. I sit alongside your team, use what you already have where it works, and only replace systems when there's a clear reason to.
What happens after a project ships?
Every engagement ends with documentation, evals, runbooks, and a 60-day support tail. When I leave, your team owns it — not me.
Do you take equity or revenue-share deals?
Rarely, and only after a paid engagement has shipped. The first project is always priced in dollars so both sides know what good looks like.
